Tiramisu Cake



2 eggs

75g sugar

1 bag vanilla sugar

75 g flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

25 g of food starch


4 egg yellow

100 g of sugar

500g mascarpone

4 protein

200g biscuit spoon

1/4l strong coffee


From the dough ingredients make a biscuit, bake about 20 minutes

Beat egg frothy for the pad, add sugar.

Stir in mascarpone. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg white.

Pour over the biscuit the cold ground coffee.

Put the half of the mascarpone underline (previously Around pie ring).

Then carefully soak ladyfingers in coffee, this spread on the cake. Put the  rest of the mascarpone on the cake. Refrigerate for about 8 hours.
